$GBPUSD- bullish continuation?

Currently we are at 1.6482. IF we negate the Head and Shoulders pattern here we are looking for a bullish continuation to the resistance area @ 1.6516 and the next target the 0.214 Fibo @ 1.6549. The average daily true range (ATR) for the pair currently is 102 pips.
